First time using LabNote? Don't worry!

We offer Tutorials and User Guides for LabNote beginners!

1. Start Onboarding Tutorials

Tutorials are interactive user guides that appear at your first login.

  1. If you open your first created LabNote, you will find Tutorials.
  2. Click the Let’s get started button to begin your tutorial.
  3. If you want, click the Skip button to skip the tutorials.
  4. You can always restart the onboarding tutorials by clicking the "?" mark at the bottom-right side of LabNote.

2. In Tutorials

  1. Tutorials explain how you write LabNote in 12 simple steps.
    1. The steps include how to manage & add Materials to Lab Inventory, how to add Procedures, how to add Processes in Procedures, and how to add Materials in Processes.
  2. We provide tooltips throughout the steps of tutorials for you to find and locate necessary features.
  3. Click Next buttons to continue the tutorials.
  4. You can end the tutorials anytime by clicking ‘X’.
  5. On the last page of the tutorials, you will find the Go to the Labnote button to end the tutorials.

3. Help and support

  1. To find more about specific features in LabNote, you can get support from Help and Support at the bottom of the Bench.
  2. There are five menus in the Help and Support:
    1. In Tutorials and Guides, you can visit the onboarding tutorials for each section.
    2. Help will redirect you to User Guides to learn more about each functionality.
    3. With Send Feedback, you can share feedback regarding LabNote with us.
    4. Terms of Service describes detailed terms and conditions of LabNote.
    5. Privacy Statement describes the detailed privacy policy of LabNote.

4. Guides

  1. User Guide tabs appear at the bottom-right side of the Bench.
  2. The tabs include actual tutorial videos for you to learn more easily.
  3. Click Learn more to go to the detailed User Guide page.
  4. Click Next to move on.
