AI Features
- Drive File Utilization Questions
- You can select a file that has been synced from the drive and ask a related question and get an answer.
- Select Content and Ask a Question
- You can get an answer using AI based on the selected content.
- Document
- Select the main text → Click the Ask AI button on the automatically generated toolbar → Ask a question from the chatbot and get an answer
- Sheet
- Select the main text → Right-click → Click the Ask AI button from the generated menu → Ask a question from the chatbot and get an answer
- AI Shortcuts
- You can use the function quickly using AI based on the selected content or the entire content in the file.
- Document
- [Part of document] Select the main text → Click the shortcut function button in the automatically generated toolbar → Check the answer in the chatbot
- [Entire document] Click the AI function button → Click the shortcut function button → Check the answer in the chatbot
- Currently provides “Summary” and “Category table” functions.
- Sheet
- [Part of sheet] Select the main text → Right-click → Click the shortcut function button in the generated menu → Check the answer in the chatbot
