Sync

1. ‘Sync’ is a process that automatically synchronizes files or folders uploaded to the Drive so that AI can understand and utilize them.
2. If the ‘Sync’ conditions are met, the task is completed within 5 minutes.
3. The ‘Sync’ is divided into three status, and only the file in synced status can be used for AI generations.

‘Sync’ status types by file

1. Sync not supported
   1. sync not supported
      1. When the file size exceeds 50 MB
      2. When the file is not in a supported format
         • Supported formats: .txt / .md / .html / .doc / .docx / .csv / .xls / .xlsx / .pdf
         • Folder itself is not supported
   2. sync error
      1. When an internal server error occurs
      2. empty string case
         1. When a file is empty
         2. When a file contains only images
2. Syncing status
   1. sync pending
      • When the file has been changed and a new sync is required
        1. When the file is being modified or the modification has been completed
   2. syncing
3. Sync completed status: Ready to be utilized by AI
